Description

The basic idea of the movie, American Me, is it shows thirty year of gang life in the city of Los Angeles. The main characters of the film are Chicano, and they are: Montoya, Santana, the teen who and his friends, J.D., and Mundo. They are all members of the same gang. The gang remembers finds that they are in the wrong place at the wrong time, and they are arrested. While Santana is in juvenile hall, he ends up killing his inmate because his inmate raped him. Due to the murder, he will be entering Folsom prison when he becomes eighteen years-old.
