Eddie and The Cruisers II: Eddie Lives is the sequel to Eddie and the Cruisers. Eddie Wilson, the lead singer of his band faces a low point in his music career. After rejecting his band's album twenty years earlier, Satin Records launches an Eddie Lives campaign in an effort to make money off of Eddie's image. The record company and many others believe that Eddie was killed in a car crash. However, Eddie is alive and well but living in recluse in Canada. While there, he works construction under the name of Joe West.
