Description

The movie Meek's Cutoff takes place in the year 1845, in the Oregon High Desert. This story focuses on a group of eager settllers on there way through the high desert when they meet up with a man named Stephen Meek. As soon as Stephen joins this group, things take a turn for the worst when their journey lasts longer than it's supposed to. Instead of a two-week adventure, it lasts for a little over 5 weeks. The group runs out of food and water as tension runs high.
