Description

Miss Minoes, or Undercover Kitty, is a Dutch film based on a popular children's novel. Miss Minoes follows a cat named Minoes, who is transformed into a young woman after drinking spilled chemicals off of a truck. While a human, Minoes still acts like a cat and displays cat-like behavior. Minoes befriends a journalist named Tibbe. Minoes tells Tibbe that she is actually cat, and Tibbe gives Minoes food and shelter in exchange for news from the cat world. Minoes and Tibbe work together as journalist to write an exposing article on a man named Mr. Ellemeet, who owns the truck company that was responsible for the chemical spill. Mr. Ellemeet is a respected man within the town, however, and the town quckly turns their back on Tibbe and Minoes. Now, Tibbe and Minoes must find a way to reveal the true nature and cruelty of Mr. Ellemeet in order to win the town back.
