Description

At the height of the Viet Nam conflict five young marine recruits are brought together. Alvin Foster (Jame Canning) recounts the war and the effect it has on his four comrades from the rigors of boot camp to the rice paddies of Viet Nam. He records his observations in his ever present journal. It is 1967 and the height of the Vietnam war. Five young men from different backgrounds are thrown together and must rely on each other to survive. It has been drilled into them that they are each others responsibility. One for all and all for one.
