The Cowboy Way is the 1994 comedy/action adventure film directed by Gregg Champion. This film stars Woody Harrelson and Kiefer Sutherland as modern day cowboys, rodeo champions and life long friends from the wild ranges of New Mexico. Harrelson and Sutherland portray rodeo champions Pepper Lewis and Sonny Gilstrap. These two are complete opposites with Sonny being the more serious minded and Pepper being the cocky and full loving sort. Harrelson and Sutherland have an on screen chemistry that is fabulous and the humor and action are well place and timed.
